不好意思
我想要請問一下 要怎樣才叫做overload呢
譬如我選擇的重量 整個訓練做三組 一組15下
第一組 第15下 沒力
第二組 第10下 沒辦法做到完全伸展收縮的角度
第三組 第 5下 如果再做下去就整個用錯力
(組間盡量休息30秒)
那到底應該要
1. 整個訓練 降低重量 維持三組 一組各15下
2. 在第三組 降低重量 第三組20下
3. 整個訓練 維持重量 第三組10下 再做第四組10下
上教練課的時候 他都會幫我撐一下
但是自己做的時候 就QQ了 因為根本就撐不完
