健身8個月了,之前沒嘗試過硬舉
現在想把硬舉加入我的菜單裡

錯誤的地方,屁股與小腿90度太低,肩膀在槓後面,沒收下巴
如果我把肩膀往槓前一些,屁股與小腿135度
這樣的改進是對的嗎?
