減肥絕對要長跑
跑步可以維持肌肉量
然後又減脂
有氧基本上都不錯
再來次級的就游泳、羽球、桌球這種
稍微會長到肌肉但又不會太多
我覺得有氧就對了
時間長才能燒到油
