Re: [問題] 斷食和50%胰島素問題
藉這個討論胰島素的討論串問一下好了
假設今天買了一塊八吋的黑森林蛋糕,熱量約2600卡
大概一個男性一天所需的熱量
那麼如果我想要慢慢品嚐,
切成十二塊,然後每個小時吃一塊
整天就只吃這一塊過一天
另外一種方式就是買了就整塊吃掉
然後一樣是一天只吃這一塊
那麼都是一天只吃一塊2600卡的蛋糕,只是吃的方式(時間)不同
這樣對人體來說,結果會是一樣嗎?

長期來說,每天都是一樣的食物份量
(假設營養均衡,熱量足夠,免得又有人來該該叫說這是在找死)
一種是少量多餐,分五餐以上解決
一種是集中到一到二餐內解決
一樣都是滿足一天所需,是否結果會不一樣?

一般人做不到的事還一直提倡 XD
上一篇還有人嗆說嘗試斷食的都愛當實驗品,甚至咒這些人根本找死
結果現在m大你說嚴格控制每小時每小時攝取30g碳水就還好,但你做不到你家的事
哈哈,所以要一般人每天斷16小時進食8小時,
還比計算自己每小時到底攝取了多少g碳水還難嗎?
我怎麼覺得根本相反XD
還真當每個人都是營養師等級,
都具備有[熱量判定之眼]、[營養成分判定之眼]就是了?
不檢討自己的理論不切實際,只會一直怪病人意志不堅定
Dr. Jason Fung說的正是你們喊著"只要照做就對了"的這種人
別誤會,我不是說你錯,理論上你是對的
但現實是有多少人辦得到嚴格管理自己的飲食內容
強迫自己每天攝取一定範圍內的各種營養?
喔我忘了你們不在乎這個,你們稱這個為"做不到你家的事"
話說回來
如果為了減重減脂,每天都得嚴格管理飲食,那跟只是要你斷食每天少吃一餐比起來,
到底選擇哪種方式的人才活得像實驗室裡的白老鼠,還真的很難說XD
