[問題] 半馬Sub2的鍛鍊
前一陣子測試過10K,大概55分多(均速5:37)
接著用苑裡西濱馬測試自己的能耐(平路馬)
成績大約離Sub2還有幾分鐘的差距
均速有進六分速內(5:58)
跑完這場發現Sub2離自己沒有想像中的遠
但也不是短時間可以達成的...XD
半馬Sub2是我的目標也是對自己的期許(這樣目標算太低了嗎)
因為個人因素,月跑量一直拉不起來,大概都在60~80K
平常有空就跑個10~15K,有時會跑山路(大概就是東海,中科)
沒空就在家附近隨便跑個幾K
最近有在練大腿,不知道有沒有效果就是
請問一下各位
如果跑量拉不高
還有什麼鍛鍊方式嗎?
以半馬目標Sub2來說的話

謝謝各位的指教
跑量拉不高是因為工作關係+家裡有新成員報到
原本只打算偶爾跑跑半馬練身體健康的
後來發現自己雖然弱弱的,跟一開始比起來也是有一點進步
才興起想要半馬Sub2的念頭
希望大家都能完成自己的目標 :)
