[問題] 有人器材用超久怎辦?
去健身房發現有人站著器材用超久,我都練三個動作以上了,他還在那邊慢慢要做不做。
我自己有排一天要練不同部位,因此有交叉訓練,讓某一部位可以稍稍喘息,所以通常我可以調整排序訓練的部位。
平常一次去健身房大概練一小時左右,因為平常上下半很忙。
但有時就會遇到有人站著某個器械超久,超惱火,但也不知道要不要問他,也很打亂訓練節奏,我都快練完了(半小時以上)他還在那邊…..,但又不想練其他部位,各位都怎麼處理?
