[問題] 增肌需要的訓練容量原來這麼少也可以嗎

剛好翻到Jeff Nippard的這篇文章
裡面提到單一肌群只要做一個正式組,就已經能夠達到自然的一週增肌效率的64%
5-9組會達到82%,以此遞減
但是所有的大前提是保證動作完整性的同時
要逐漸的突破最大重量
所以原來一週需要的組數是那麼少的嗎?
這點組數對應的容量也沒有3-5組的多吧
原來降低組數、加大重量才是增肌最有效率的方式嗎
有人有經驗的嗎?
