[問題] 不能運動,吃到基代可以減脂嗎?
我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是(是/否,未詳讀即發問者刪文退回)
因為運動傷害
短期內不能運動
想從飲食下手
請問吃到基代的熱量
也精挑好的食材(飯+菜+肉)
這樣體重減輕的話
是減到脂肪+肌肉+水份嗎?
(有看置底,知道ㄧ天熱量的消耗除了基代,還有輕度活動的消耗熱量,加上消化食物也會消耗,所以吃到基代還是可以減肥)
1.怎麼樣沒運動的情況下,
多增加脂肪的消耗而少流失肌肉?
2.如果餓瘦的人,會減到肌肉使得基代降低,那麼邊餓瘦邊做重訓讓肌肉打平,是不是可以使減肥速度增快
(因為減得太慢會失去信心…)
