議員周柏雅調查大台北地區跨市公車,發現新北市泰山戶政事務所到台北市大同之家508路
公車,往返行駛距離59.6公里、停靠165站登上血汗公車第一名,司機開車一趟得花3-4小
時,質疑路線規畫超越常人生理機能、不夠人性化;北市公運處表示,路線端點有設置調
度站供司機休息。
雙北市公車路網綿密,周柏雅進一步了解路線,察覺許多公車路線往返一趟動輒40、50公
里,相當國道台北到新竹湖口距離,配合市區不超速40公里,萬一塞車一趟將耗掉4小時,
恐導致司機過勞影響乘客與用路人安全。
歸納前10名行駛路線最長及停靠站數最多公車,周柏雅指出,往返行駛距離第一名是508
路公車,長達59.6公里、165站,第十名307路公車也有47.9公里遠;508路公車往返需停靠
165站列排行榜冠軍,第十名則是307路公車的124站。
周柏雅說,國道客運司機若有內急,有客運停靠站、國道休息站可休息,但市區公車什麼
站都沒有,必須行駛完整路線回總站才能休息,長久下來對司機健康影響甚鉅。
對此,公運處副處長林麗珠回應,市府不定期針對業者查核班表,司機有超時駕駛狀況會
開罰9000元,跨雙北市公車在路線端點會設置調度站,供司機稍微休息5分鐘,若無調度站
會安排如廁地點,未來將全面檢討公車路線,以短程接駁為主。
508路公車所屬業者三重客運副總經理廖正義說,不要求司機完成全程返回總站才能休息,
會讓司機開抵大同之家後在附近旅客中心休息,多停留一點時間等待乘客上車再回程;該
路線月薪皆為5萬5000元起跳,很多司機想爭取。
