減重一定要從飲食下手
運動只是輔助, 可有可無,
運動不能拿來當作主力, 是因為運動消耗的熱量其實不如你想像得多.
1. 不要吃零食,含糖飲料,油炸食物, 嘴饞的話可以吃口香糖.
2. 外食要小心, 例如自助餐店的炒青菜的油還是放很多
3. 減少每日的碳水化合物, 例如麵飯, 從平常量的的80%開始慢慢減少,
直到體重穩定下降, 體重也不能掉太快, 1個月減個1~2公斤就不錯了.
體重不要減太快, 會對身體不好.
4. 補充維生素B群和C, 可以比較有活力對付飢餓感和促進代謝
5. 多吃青菜水果
減重最困難的就是一開始要習慣飢餓感,
建議甜言蜜語哄一下, 唉呦好棒加油有效果了身體比較健康之類的,
有人支持會比較容易度過難關.
運動可以等體脂肪回復正常值再做,
因為胖的人不易散熱, 體重負荷大, 會比較不喜歡動起來.

之所以胖回來, 是因為熱量失去控制, 又過多了,
身體又開始轉換過多的熱量累積脂肪,
不是因為仙女餐, 或是有沒有運動之故.

飢餓感不會減緩代謝, 飢餓感只是一種訊息, 告訴生物體要吃東西,
吃東西的訊息, 成因很多, 例如腸胃的充填程度, 血清素濃度, 生理習慣,
脂肪細胞的訊息, 血糖等等
運動可以增加能量消耗, 但不會是你想像的那樣多,

對於ㄧ些人老認為運動對減重很重要的, 這才是錯誤觀念,
運動的確可以增加一點點熱量消耗, 但是從來都不是主角,
運動的確讓身體健康, 沒人說不要運動,
但是要減重的話, 飲食控制才是王道.
