只要有賺錢,特別是賺很多,那個舒服感真的會大於一切,做夢都會偷笑

一般做股票,做保險,通常是1.6倍槓桿,1/2-1/4身家,你就知道那差別有多大

都市發展有很多階段
(A)荒地- 桃園航空城(未徵收)
(B)重劃- 鳳鳴重劃區(地目已變更,鋪路種樹中)
(C)建設- 新莊副都心(蓋房子蓋捷運中)
(D)發展- 北大特區(蓋滿+住滿)
(E)老朽- 台中火車站(精華區外移)
(F)活化- 西門町(重新活絡復興)
只有大戶和政治人物才能在(A)階段買,因為土地金額大又不好融資
自住你如果嫌(B)階段就買會被大卡車撞死
(B)-(C)之間太荒涼會被劫殺
最好是(C)階段差不多 或者區域的(C)-(D)之間就要去買
不去買(D)-(E)階段成熟區的原因....因為現在買房子,你應該
不 用 想 五 年 就 可 以 賣 ,因為五年內會......
不動產是總有一天會回來沒錯,但是10-15年後才能賣差不多
到時候房子老掉,區域又死掉,就.....
