大意
1.九州新幹線長崎段:新鳥栖=武雄溫泉=長崎
新鳥栖到武雄溫泉將沿用現有的窄軌在來線
武雄溫泉到長崎則是新建的標準規格新幹線
預計導入FGT(軌距可變列車)並於2022年通車營運
注:2022年通車時,全線直通的FGT預計只有一列,類似實驗性質
大部分還是要靠在來線特急「接力」
預計2025年全線全列車採用FGT
2.日前JR九州宣布,將放棄導入FGT的計畫,理由是成本太高
此決定將在7月份正式向政府告知
FGT的造價是一般車輛的2.5至3倍,且維修後勤的成本估計也很貴
去年股票剛上市的JR九州,鐵道部門是虧錢的
在此狀況下,要再花大錢導入FGT肯定會被股東幹翻
3.FGT從1999年開始研發至今已經投入超過400億日圓
4.FGT最大的缺點除了造價昂貴以外,無法和山陽新幹線直通運轉更是致命缺點
如此一來花大錢蓋新幹線的效益將大打折扣
4.JR九州放棄FGT後,新鳥栖=武雄溫泉升級為新幹線的可能性提高
但要蓋新幹線地方政府也要出錢,所以還要仰賴地方政府的態度
長崎表示樂觀其成
佐賀表示沒錢(畢竟佐賀離福岡很近,那一段對佐賀來說沒什麼差別)
5.照目前的狀況來看,在來線段由特急列車「接力」的方式勢必會長期化
但這樣的運作方式究竟能為地方帶來多少效益還有很大的討論空間
簡單來說就是花大錢蓋新幹線結果根本沒省到多少時間

日本的新幹線建設 政治主導的傾象比較強
執政黨下設「新幹線建設推進小組」組織
JR九州是民間企業甚至還是上市企業 還是要以公司的利益為先
但政治家難免好大喜功 所以才會造成現在的局面吧
畢竟當初就是評估全線新幹線不合效益才會選擇FGT的
沒想到現在FGT也...
