最近真的忍不住了

我的問題(英文爛爛請見諒XD): Hi Lee, I've read that your body can only process
about 24 g of protein at one time, and 1 g of protein per pound of body
weight for hard training athletes who want to build muscle. My parents are
medical doctor. They against me to drink protein shake, because they think
protein shake might hurt my kidney. Is that true? We've been arguing for this
for about 2 weeks.
Lee Labrada回: No it is not true that protein shakes hurt your kidney. It is
basically liquid food. Because liquid absorbs more quickly, it can get to
work to help with recovery after a good work out because digestion is quicker
with a liquid meal, rather than digesting a chicken breast for example. After
a workout, your body really needs the nutrients within a half an hour to
start the healing process. Food takes a lot longer than that to get the
nutrients to your system. It is also more convenient to drink a shake than
have to go home and cook a meal.
