[問題] 教練說不用有氧

今天去健身房給教練雕動作
跟他講過我的需求後
他說想練壯就最好不要有氧
說有氧消脂的同時會同時吃掉肌肉
可是我想讓體脂肪再減一些
現在大概快15% 想說暑假前有沒有辦法到10-12左右
他就秀他之前的照片給我看
三個星期體脂肪掉5%
六塊肌從無到有....
他說他那段時間完全沒有有氧
說肌肉長大基代就高了....
我看了整個傻眼
我練了快三個月體脂肪才降2%多
而且有氧的要死要活
一周游兩次1.5K
跑兩次 8K/45MIN
然後他跟我說太慢....叫我不要有氧或少一點
說有氧太多肌肉會長不大
讓我今天覺得超沒成就感的...
練三個月沒有人家三周的成果...
所以如果要增肌減脂是真的專心重訓比較好嗎?
