[討論] 不能瘦局部,那女生怎麼讓腿變細的?
看置底還有許多版有的討論,
似乎都提到一個問題:
有氧可以瘦全身,但瘦的部位因人而異,沒辦法瘦局部,
但可以選擇將相對較瘦的部分練壯一點!
我一直覺得邏輯有點打結,以我本人為例:
目前79公斤,屁股及大腿超肥!
之前65公斤,全身較瘦上半身結實但下半身脂肪較多,類似輕微酪梨型態。
依照版友的說法,我唯一的路只能練壯上半身,
但因為我個人不高,上半身若太粗壯,看起來會很矮,
我的目標是上瘦下更瘦,但似乎基因和生活習慣讓下半身較肥。
如果這樣,那不是直接宣判略梨型身材的女生死刑了嗎?
但似乎不是這樣,很多女生會選擇瘦大腿的各種方式,
整個人沒變瘦,但大腿小腿真的變得看起來更細了。
所以說不是完全沒辦法吧?
而且很多女生瘦局部不是用練重訓的方式增加其他部位肌肉吧?
ex.減肥島物語裡就有提到,局部較胖是基因問題,但還是有很多方法可以瘦局部的!

這裡的說法與板上相反,想要瘦哪裡,除了全身有氧,那裡就必須搭配無氧運動。
到底哪個才是事實?還是其實兩種說法都沒錯,只是沒有交集而已?
我差點誤會了,差點放棄瘦下半身了......
所以我的狀況,除了有氧運動、綜合重量訓練外,
到底是應該稍微加強下半身還是上半身呢?
好混亂阿......我不想做顛倒......

我不是拿來當論點依據,只是很好奇,瘦局部到底是不是真的無解而已,
剛好看到減肥島有這樣的論點,想問問看而已,至少有機會從討論中釐清問題
