3F推:我個人 100kg時x-bike跟游泳=>96-97時開始增加慢跑04/23 22:01
4F→:一開始400-600m就走100m 走+跑不會超過3000m04/23 22:02
5F→:92-95時可持續跑2km+走200m 上限為6km避免受傷04/23 22:04
