飲食:每日正常三餐外加餐間點心總共六餐,重點是均衡規律不偏廢。
完全沒吃任何營養補給品及人工製劑(藥物、維它命、...)
(週末一定大餐、非週末偶爾也是吃地雷食物)
運動:週休1~2日,天候佳就慢跑,天雨就休息或改健身車。
