[問題] 蒸蛋
如題,照著版上的教學想做蒸蛋
食譜是蛋:高湯 1:1.5 碗是用上次7-11集點送的保鮮碗,
上面用保鮮膜封住,戳洞.
因為我家是營業用20人份的大同電鍋,結果加了2次水還是沒蒸熟orz..
請問是電鍋太大的原因嗎?
還有,碗跟電鍋之間需要放入墊子嗎?(隔水加熱?)還是直接把碗放入電鍋呢?
