[問題] 跑量多少才不算太多
問題:到底要跑多少可以達到健身的效果 但又不至於過度訓練
問題的起頭是我三個多月前開始跑步 這段日子以來感冒了三次
中了一次的ITBS 還有三五次小小的疼痛 體重少了三到四公斤
我女朋友基於擔心我的身體 常常"提醒"我不要跑太多XD
也因為這樣而有些爭執
女友他本人跑齡超過五年 月跑量約兩百
認識他快兩年沒看過他感冒過一次 就算我重感冒 都沒被我傳染過
他都說我跑太多反而讓我常常免疫力下降 更常生病 體重也下降
本人第一個月跑就受傷休了十天約跑了170K
第二個月重感冒休了一周跑了280K
上個月跑了300K
然後這個月初又感冒了休息了幾天 目前跑了100K
跑步理當是為了健身 但要跑到多少或是怎樣的速度才又不至於到運動過度呢
還有請問大大 發燒或感冒適合去跑步嗎 上次感覺有點燒去跑跑
流點汗後隔天起床就覺得舒服不少 是心理作用嗎

首先先感謝大家大量的回覆 雖然說如果本版可以虛應該會被虛爆XD
不過那們多推文也讓小弟受益良多 我把推文給我女朋友看 他看的超開心的 哈
這邊也要補充一下 其實我上月底就開始使減少跑量 因為身體感到有些疲倦
這麼月只跑了幾次 就是是因為自己也意識到自己真的跑太多了
開始減量 但又不知道要如何減然後 要減到多少 所以才上來發問
有收集到一些資訊 然後跟女友討論之後 有了暫時性的方案並會開實行
並且本人還蠻推其中一些推文的 像是女友太會跑 怕面子掛不住XD
女友去年跑東部小比賽得到女總五 所以之前才會麼的好傻好天真 哈
所以現在開始學會聽自己身體的聲音 把休息當作訓練的一部分
