[問題] 3000m 如何才能在進步?
小弟3000m原則上都是11分半就能完成
可是每次跑最後一公里想加速就覺得心有餘而力不足
入伍前本來就有跑步的習慣路線從景美河堤跑到萬華(晚上)
大概6km跑了差不多20出頭分鐘
但入伍後一直都很少在操
可是又想要挑戰自己希望能夠在9分鐘內跑完
放假時有試過在回程的時候不停的衝,衝到腦缺氧然後走走放鬆再衝
可是成績卻一直無法衝破10分以內
請問板上有神人可以給一點訓練上的建議嗎?
或者,赤足跑會不會增快自己的速度?
還是有哪些推薦的跑鞋嗎?
luna sandals 、vibram五指鞋跟nike free系列哪個比較被大家推薦呢?
(目前都是穿軍中的白色運動鞋)

還是出在體重太重的問題?
會想要這樣訓練是想先增快自己的速度再來增長時間、路程
因為之前自己訓練自己測跑山路大概4X公里的時間是2小時5X分鐘
希望退伍後有朝一日若是參加波士頓馬拉松至少能不是最後到終點的
