他有綠卡 有很多人不知道綠卡全稱
(Permanent Resident Card 永久居民身分證)
並沒有你說的政治流亡者綠卡 只有因政治理由申請綠卡 請不要創造新名詞
但不管你以什麼理由申請綠卡 綠卡就是綠卡 就是Permanent Resident Card
而且於難民議定書中 （http://www.unhcr.org/3b66c2aa10.html）
明確表明取得現居住國家承認的居民身分 就不具備有難民身分
E. This Convention shall not apply to a person who is recognized by the
competent authorities of the country in which he has taken residence as
having the rights and obligations which are attached to the possession of the
nationality of that country.
王丹根本就不適用難民身分......
說明一下 王丹如果放棄綠卡 可符合難民身分
但在持有綠卡的時候 並不符合難民協議書身分條件
