[問題] 蛋白質與脂肪的轉化?
看了許多文章,知道蛋白質依不同種類而有不同吸收時間。
但又有看到每餐最多攝取30g蛋白質,多餘的會轉化為脂肪儲存的說法。
這似乎就像是熱量攝取的爭議,有人說每日不超過應攝取量就會瘦,有人說還要少量多餐才會瘦。
所以,若是蛋白質吸收時間不一,那每餐最多30g蛋白質的說法是否無法成立?
每餐若超過30g蛋白質,到底會不會轉化為脂肪?
又,每餐的定義又是如何?相距幾小時?
請各位資深且精通營養學的巨巨們幫小弟解解惑,甘溫~
