其實本來推文就好了
但真心覺得推文沒啥人會看
偏偏這又很重要
以健力的角度來看
深蹲離心做太慢是有點危險的,而且也沒必要
其實不管你的訓練目的為何,深蹲時離心只要保持正常速度就OK了
要PUMP有很多更安全、更簡單的方式
真的沒必要虐待自己的關節,自欺欺人說這叫感受度
如果這樣自虐就能練得好
那你怎不乾脆每天練完後都拿榔頭敲兩下自己的膝蓋
這樣感受度不就超強?
