[討論] 手臂練太過頭?
小弟有個朋友,除了重訓時偶爾才會穿吊嘎
但是不論男女(女生尤多),很多人看到都說他手臂練有點過頭
導致身材的比例有點不好

胸和腹肌都還不夠強,線條不夠明顯
但穿上衣服時,其實大家只看得到最直接露出來的手臂
他自己也蠻困擾到底要不要停止手臂的訓練
(但有在健身的沒人跟他說過手練得太過)
板友們覺得呢?
順便在這想和板友討論一下,大家認為手臂該練到什麼程度最好看?
