核心肌群包括背面的多裂肌、豎脊肌、腰方肌、臀屈肌,正面的腹橫肌
腹內斜肌、腹外斜肌、腹直肌、髂腰肌
所以廣義來講就是 ===> 腹肌跟下背肌
所以重訓當然練的到核心肌群,硬舉.仰臥起坐.蹲舉.
所有練腹肌下背肌的方法都練的到核心,只是深層肌肉的練法不太一樣就是
請問你在那篇M文看到重訓練不到核心肌群呢....可否指出來讓我參考一下
我看到的是以下這段
