[問題] 女生跳熱舞需要練的肌肉??
想問一下板上的高手們
如果要跳熱舞
(女生的jazz、hiphop)
要著重練哪些肌肉呢??
目前有上google、yahoo查過
只知道女生練背部的肌肉(好像叫薦棘肌)
有助於弧形伸展
但我是希望可以跳起舞來很有力道
而不是純粹的做動作
還是說這純粹是要看舞齡
或舞蹈技巧
跟肌肉結不結實沒有關係??
p.s有在板上搜尋"舞"
但沒找到想要結果
