Re: [心得] 如果能夠重來
最近開始練蹲舉練了大概兩個星期
如同以前看過的文章
要練屁股這真的是最讓我有感覺的
之前練過其他機器 大部分都是大腿比屁股還要來的酸
我在練習的時候
旁邊也都有教練在看
理論上姿勢應該沒什麼大問題
可是每次練完除了屁股會酸以外
腰也很酸 教練說練這個應該要有腰帶
可是很不幸我的腰大概才24
所以找不到腰帶給我用
我想問練蹲舉腰酸是正常的嗎?
還是用了腰帶腰就不會酸了呢?
還是因為我有脊椎側彎(30度)所以才會腰酸勒?
