六個月前開始重訓時才接觸到FITNESS跟肌肉海灘版
來這的目的是為了降低體脂肪,因此也在這吸收到了很多知識
但是看著版上的文章與推文內容,慢慢覺得版上風氣有點,邪惡?
最常出現的就是請益文裡,推文往往出現一堆 "吃太少,結案"
或是"請看置底文or爬文,結案"
當然,並不是鼓勵完全不做功課就上來發問的伸手牌
但我想很多人有可能因為不知道關鍵字、爬文方向錯誤
或是在冗長的置底文中,沒耐性看完然後抓錯重點
假使能在推文中多一些有幫助的推文 (ex:可以參考xxxxxx篇文章)
這樣是不是會讓FITNESS的風氣更好?
就舉這篇文章為例吧。
我沒看到起頭文,但從F版友文章中殘留的內容來看
應該是個蠻成功的減重案例。至少數據上看起來很不錯,值得給與肯定
人家體態數據都很不錯,還特地回文一段一段的擷取出來鞭
這樣真的是在誠心給與建議嗎? 至少語氣上我看不出來
例如,F版友一直強調的,"少吃澱粉,又找到一個癥結所在","晚上不吃澱粉"
少吃澱粉代表減量,並不代表不吃。
最近很夯的杜汶澤甚至說中午以後禁食澱粉,但有人質疑他的減脂方法嗎?
每個人的方法不一定"完全一樣",但也不是每個人都適合完全一樣的方法
減重不一定要堅持什麼有氧區間、心跳維持130以上、持續30分鐘等...
只要多動就會消耗熱量。當然,到達上述條件消耗脂肪會"更有效率"
但是原PO那樣的運動量,已經可以達到自己期望的身材
實在沒必要堅持什麼心跳130之類的
直接講結論吧 (因為肚子餓了XD)
減脂方法沒有一定,不是跟版上風氣有"一點"不同就一定是錯的
只要大方向正確 (控制飲食、多動、垃圾食物減量等等...)
真的不用再拘泥於一堆細節
人都有慾望,辣油鹹酥雞雖然不好,但是偶而吃又有何不可?
心理有正確觀念,知道要克制,自然大家都會瘦的健康漂亮
假如一昧攻擊一些成功案例的"細節",只會讓成功減肥的分享心得越來越少。
