想請教一下 小弟的游泳方式對於瘦身的效果:
我不會自由式換氣 因此都練憋氣游泳
50M泳池
自由式閉氣20M>休息10秒>自由式閉氣20M>練蝶腰10M
>休息30秒>自由式閉氣20M>休息10秒>自由式閉氣20M>練蝶腰10M
100公尺算一回合 每五回合上岸休息五分鐘再繼續
請問這樣的效果??
