請問一下
如果不小心
早餐加午餐
熱量已吃超過一天所需
然後晚上有運動的習慣
晚餐還要吃嗎?
時間到一定會餓的 我知道
可是已經吃超過了耶
那怎麼辦?
減肥中的人…
我知道少量多餐較好
可是今天中午胃口特別好XD
