考題只是從上面的原文的中截取一句話出來的，
原本原文的寫法是有上下文的，要是不堅持用
that has，萬一被發現是這句真是抄來的話且與原文不一樣，那可能又是另外一場爭議了。
不過仔細一看 這句話 也有用have並變成閱讀考題

countries in Europe and South America.
