文法上而言D沒有錯，重點在於二個答案裡such as修飾的詞不同，而D句意思上有謬誤
(C) Much of the Wall Street jargon one reads in the financial pages,
such as "blue chip" stocks, is taken from the game of poker.
這個答案中的"such as" 是用來修飾/補充"jargon"，
也就是拿blue chip stocks(績優股)當作是"華爾街術語的例子．
如果把句子簡化會看得更清楚：
Much of the Wall Stree Jargon is taken from the game of poker.
(D) Much of the Wall Street jargon one reads in the financial pages
is derived from the game of poker such as "blue chip" stocks.
這個答案中"such as"是用來修飾(game of) poker
意思變成blue chip stocks是一種撲克遊戲...不合邏輯．所以答案是C
