Good for you. I only owns 3 SCSI controllers. Way too few ;-)

<BRAG>
Mobo: Tyan K8W (2885) with latest bios, only a few weeks old.
Dual Opteron 244, 2Gb 128bit REG ECC NUMA memory.
My BIOS setting are pretty much standard, no overclocking
or other tweaks.
The only thing I have disabled in the BIOS is the SIL 3114
SATA controller, because disables the SCSI controller.
SCSI cont: LSI 21320R dual channel, LSI 1030 chip, mpt driver,
SI-5.11.01 BIOS, which I think is the latest, updated it in okt-2004.
This controller is located in an 133MHz 64 bit PCI-X slot.
</BRAG>
2 HD's attached, both IBM 18 Gb U160 68 pin, SCSI id 0 and 1.
About 1 meter U160 cable for 4 devices with a passive
terminator at the end.
The controller BIOS reports the both disks are on the first channel,
but DFly attaches them to mpt1, not mpt0.
Trying to install DFly on the second (id 1) disk.
I can format the drive and even install bootblocks on both disks
that works just fine to boot Solaris, but I can't newfs the disk
with DFly.
