(Taiwan) or countries specified as being diplomatically favorable by MOFA. 和台灣有邦交的國家可以申請MOFA MOE Scholarship: Recipients from countries other than those specified in the MOFA Scholarship. 和台灣無邦交的國家可以申請MOE NSC Scholarship: Recipients from countries other than those specified in the MOFA Scholarship. Postgraduate programs only. 和台灣無邦交的國家也可以申請NSC，其實就是國科會獎學金的意思。不過僅限於 Postgraduate，大概就是博士班以及博士後。 III. Amount of Scholarships 這是重點，金額。 MOFA Scholarship: One economy-class, direct-route roundtrip international airfare ticket, plus a monthly stipend of NT$30,000 (approximately US$930). MOFA＝機票＋每個月三萬 MOE Scholarship: A monthly stipend of NT$25,000 (approximately US$775) for undergraduate or LEP study, and NT$30,000 for a postgraduate degree program. MOE＝每個月兩萬五，沒有機票 NSC Scholarship: A monthly stipend of NT$30, 000. NSC= 每個月三萬，沒有機票。 IV. Duration of Award 可以領多久 Undergraduate program: maximum 4 years. Master's program: maximum 2 years.
