[問題] 臨時事假不准假,以曠職論扣薪
有同事日前因為家庭因素,需要臨時請假一小時(下班時間前一小時)
回去接小孩,事發突然
向人資提出請假,卻被主管刁難不准假。還威脅以曠職論
但是如上述原因當時他必須離開就先離開去處理家務了
然後今天人資發公司內部的公告信說沒有完成請假程序,未經主管核准
擅自提早下班記小過,當天依曠職處理,扣一天全薪以示懲戒
請問這樣公司的處理是否違反勞基法對於曠職扣薪的比例原則?
而且該主管以這樣理由要求該同事本月底前自動提出離職,因為不想付資遣費...
另外該主管上任就擅自更改原定上班時間的彈性區間,那就算了...
還規定一個月遲到四次就開除...一次口頭警告 兩次扣半天薪 三次扣全薪
表定0900上班,0901就算遲到 還取消加班費...申請他也不會給過
這樣應該違反勞基法了吧?
