慢跑夯 7成新手難撐3個月
(中央社記者龍瑞雲台北4日電)國內「慢跑習慣與運動疲勞認知調查」顯示,近3年路
跑活動夯,今年多達243場,調查發現,7成慢跑新手撐不過3個月就放棄。
為了解民眾慢跑運動的習慣與認知,8月9日到16日,透過網路問卷形式,調查曾經接觸
慢跑運動者,有效問卷566份,男女各占1半。
開業診所復健科醫師陳易進表示,全民瘋慢跑,參與慢跑活動,近3年全台路跑活動逐年
增加,2011年有89場,2012上升到168場,到了2013年總數多達243場,慢跑運動看似蓬
勃發展,有新全民運動的態勢,卻隱藏泡沫化。
為了解民眾是否養成正確運動習慣,陳易進公布調查結果顯示,65%有接觸慢跑經驗者已
放棄跑步、總體而言,7成慢跑新手撐不過3個月就放棄,更有8成慢跑新手因「耐力差、
容易累」而跑不過撞牆期。
陳易進說,「跑步沒凍頭」是慢跑新手入門面臨的最大問題,有8成慢跑新手認為運動時
容易疲勞,6成新手認為疲勞感會降低運動意願與頻次。為抗疲勞感,5成多新手會選擇
以意志力撐下去。
陳易進說,民眾慢跑行為曇花一現,事後卻無法建立持續的運動習慣,讓好不容易建立
的慢跑熱潮泡沫化。提醒沒有養成規律運動習慣民眾,特別是運動量不足上班族,若常
久坐、作息紊亂則肥胖及代謝症候群都會上身。
營養師吳映蓉建議慢跑者,突破撞牆期不能只靠意志力,需了解疲勞感成因,同時搭配
飲食輔助,提升運動耐力的效果。平日可透過喝茶來攝取兒茶素,幫助脂肪代謝,減緩
肝醣消耗與疲勞感,以助維持規律運動習慣。1020904
