[討論] 台鐵是不是有責任培養乘客的素質?
最近搭台鐵都不難發現車箱內像菜市場一樣吵雜
婆婆媽媽七嘴八舌稍微溝通一下還好
玩手機的 講手機的 或是突然手機響的幾乎都可遇見
更誇張的還有在看電視的 音量放很大聲
列車長走過也不制止
就連車上的廣播也可以播一堆垃圾訊息 比方說紀念幣等
車上led只有顯示請降低音量等訊息 根本沒有人會去看
台鐵是不是有責任去維護車箱內的搭乘品質呢?
同樣的對比高鐵就好多了
日本的話就不用比了去過的都知道
以首都客運羅東台北為例 首都的搭乘品質是慢慢培養乘客的水準
(一開始這條路線也是很吵,現在反而是大家都習慣搭首都時的一些規定
這是因為首都強力宣導的功效)
這可以說明乘客的乘車素質是可以教育的
我發現有一個現象很有趣 當某車箱有人說話 那這個車箱就會越來越吵
這大概是所謂的群眾心理 當大家都這樣做時我也可以這樣做
反觀當車箱聲音很安靜時 大家就不敢說太大聲了
這是在同一列車上觀察到的結果
台灣人是很好溝通的 只是我覺得台鐵在車箱品質的維護與宣導上是不是有責任去培養
再以太魯閣號為例 車箱的乘客素質就比一般自強號好很多
怎麼會這樣呢?
