[問題] 半新手推薦用什麼訓練法?
是這樣的 阿肥我練約一年半 感覺到瓶頸了
目前體重72KG三項S140 B95 D175 KG
因為之前基本都是瞎練 想說來搞個計劃練練看
目標是握推破100 硬舉200 深蹲隨意
但一看領瑯滿目 什麼瘋牛5x5 531 Candito 德州 黑又壯的一大堆
本來想用531看看 又看到有人說531一周一練根本沒效率
想請問一下一周可以4 5練的話推薦哪個?
