[問題] 把乳清蛋白當作主要的蛋白質來源
想請問有人是把乳清當成主要的蛋白質來源嗎?
就我所知 乳清蛋白的必需胺基酸含量非常高
鈣含量高 也有一定的綜合維生素
如果平常食物攝取比較不均衡
一天想喝100克的分離乳清當作主要的蛋白質來源
(本人80公斤)
請問這樣做是可行的嗎?
一天就泡一杯就能解決蛋白質攝取覺得方便
加上似乎也蠻營養的
不知道除了有可能微量元素不一定能攝取到以外
還有什麼需要注意的嗎? 謝謝
