[問題] 自體健身和使用器材重訓哪個較有效率?
如題,我大多是使用徒手健身的方式在訓練自己,肌肉不大塊,但還蠻結實的,有
很明顯的六塊腹肌,最近想加強腳的力氣,但因為我不喜歡練跳躍的動作,在考慮是
不是改用健身房的器材來鍛練自己的腳力,有點難以決定。
在 這裡想問問大家,使用健身房的器材會更有效率的增強自己某部位的力氣嗎?
