[問題] 16/8斷食法的運動時間
關於普遍的16/8斷食(只在中午12到晚上八點進食),我有幾個疑問
希望有人能幫忙解惑
1. 如果我想在早上的斷食時段內運動,可能爬山或重訓
這樣會不會低血糖造成運動效果不佳甚至對身體不好,如暈倒之類的
2. 斷食期間可以喝咖啡或茶嗎,會不會傷胃
3.不知是否有過來人能提供實際經驗參考,效益多大
