小弟我也很喜歡練伏地挺身喔
雖然大家常常說是強度不夠的訓練
但是個人覺得只要自己負重再加一些變化動作其實很好用~
(雖然跟健身房各種器材不同刺激方式還是差很多)
但是還是希望有用伏地挺身在練的同好不要灰心~~
弱弱如我一開始完全亂練半年+比較懂訓練方式的練大約一年半到現在共兩年左右
這兩年來由於在外地讀書 很多時間都不能上健身房
除了假日回家跟寒暑假裡 可以到家裡附近的健身房用正規的槓鈴啞鈴訓練
其他時間都只能自己伏地挺身拼拼看
(能隨時有健身房練我也想好好練...)
