請問一下 健身鍛鍊身體
是1.每天都輕中度訓練 持續維持(例如天天俯地挺身30)
還是2. 一星期三天 重度訓練(例如一次訓練府地挺身100)
以上只是舉例 想知道哪種訓練比較有效果
個人不想練太壯 只是單純有型線條
希望板上的健身帥哥 能幫忙解答一下 十分感謝
