[問題] 有人練很輕卻很大隻嗎
幾年前..健身喜歡拼大重量
練完常常感覺關節痛痛的
效果其實也沒很明顯
為了保護身體 我必須改變練法
去年開始 我訓練時強調感受度跟離心收縮
重量用的是以前的70%左右 就練到手發抖
但進步速度也相當緩慢
請問有人用輕重量就練得很大隻嗎
EX: 體重90kg 臥推75kg 蹲舉100kg 二頭單手15kg
跟大家一樣 理想是Lazar Angelov XD
