[問題] 第一次喝乳清
別人建議說 重訓到極限後補充
大約2-3匙左右配冷水喝(不會破壞蛋白質
這樣比較好
不過我喝起來沒熱的好喝
畢竟跟泡奶茶一樣啊 熱得會比較好喝
所以想請問版上大大也是冷水或溫水喝嗎
這樣比較有效???
