[問題] 下腹部怎練到壯起來?
小弟練下腹肌都只練舉腳而已 看到有些人的照片
他們都可以練到下腹是浮起來的 像是下面這張照片 有點像盾一樣

小弟是練到下腹平坦 v字也有出來 只是下腹就真的比上腹更凹進去
所以想請問一下 下腹要練到跟上腹的高度是一樣的要怎麼練 感謝
