[問題] 新手健身問題
我已經練了快半年的胸
之前練完的隔天都超累超酸又爽!?
可是現在練完的當下雖然累得快死掉
可是第二天並沒有痠痛
但是只要用手指戳一下就會有痠痛感
這是正常的嗎?
我想加重訓練
可是手確提不起來
但胸部卻是有力的
這要怎麼解決
