高中的時候我打前鋒 當時幾乎沒重訓 不過速度和協調性都還可以
高中畢業之後覺得我太軟 決定bulk up 重量有突破 肌肉有肥大 身材有變好
(健美角度xD)對抗性有變好 之前太軟被打點現在都不會了 速度還在 可是
協調性不見了 加上現在想轉PG 整個就悲劇 打球光有速度沒協調性行不太通
尤其是後衛 防守上靠速度和對抗性沒問題(其實防守比以前更好)但是進攻
方面 我沒協調性都不太能crossover了 運球會卡卡的 所以我現在練球多過重
訓
個人同意lingrey “在不影響爆發力、耐力跟協調的前提下 練越壯越好 只不
過這樣的要求就會比單純練壯困難 進度也更慢就是”職業籃球員有比賽期跟
休賽期 通常要練大bulk up都是再休賽期 再次強調 以你打後衛來說 爆發力跟
協調性重要性比練大更重要
