其實我只是個打打路邊,打打校際,打打大X盃的小球員。
會有這些疑問也是有遇過那種很壯的球員,速度不會比我慢到哪裡去。
想當然耳,我就會去請教人家怎麼練的。
不過他的練法卻很健美,讓我對於運動員重訓的概念有很大的衝擊。
「總而言之就是先練大嗎?協調性什麼都等練好了再說。」
與我爆發力和協調性並進的想法大相逕庭。
另外,回文當中也有說到,跟打的位置不同有關,所以專注的肌群也不一樣。
難道專注的肌群也是用健美的方式越大越好嗎...?
感覺看越多聽越多反而越不懂......
