我當初就是跟你一樣
沒啥時間上健身房 所以選擇每天做伏地挺身
一開始只能做50X4
到後來已經能做100X4
(當然說不上標準動作)
不過做到這樣就沒再進步了
所以後來 還是選擇使用器材輔助(也就跑健身房啦!)
我做伏地挺身感覺到的效果是
肩膀變寬了
胸部肌肉有增加但不明顯
上臂線條增加(尤其是三頭)
我的感覺是 工欲善其事 必先利其器
想單靠伏地挺身健身 效果有限
花點錢 買個健身椅配合不同重量的啞鈴
可以有更好的效果
